Gently pull up the ear flap and look for debris, redness or odor indicating infection.
Have cotton balls/pads, dog ear wash and treats for cooperation handy.
Squirt vet-approved solution into the ear canal & massage gently at base.
Use cotton pads to gently wipe out excess solution and debris from ears.
Completely dry ears well with cotton balls to prevent excess moisture.
Regular weekly cleanings keep ears healthy and prevent infection.
Give treats and praise during and after for being a good boy/girl.
